Is this HIIT or Bootcamp?
No. Our programming is periodised, engineered strength and conditioning. Intensity is earned, measured, and progressed deliberately. We do not do random, high-heart-rate fatigue sessions.
Do I need to be an elite athlete to join?
No. You just need to respect the standard. We coach regressions while preserving the intent of every movement, meaning absolute beginners and professional athletes can train on the same floor safely.
How does the programming work?
We run 12-week macrocycles broken into 6-week blocks (Accumulation and Intensification). The stimulus changes predictably so your body can adapt and progress.
How do you measure progress?
Proof is a core pillar. We run the 'Forté Battery'—a proprietary testing protocol—at the start of a cycle and re-test quarterly. You receive a detailed progress report breaking down your metrics.
What are the booking and cancellation rules?
Booking is strictly required to protect capacity and coaching quality. Cancellations within 12 hours of the session start time incur an automatic $15 late fee. No-shows are charged the same fee.
Can I use the Recovery Atelier if I only have a Foundation membership?
Yes. Foundation members can access the Recovery Atelier by purchasing a la carte credits. Performance and Elite memberships include bundled credits.
What if I have an injury?
We use a regression matrix to adapt sessions safely. Inform your coach before the session begins. If you are under clinical advice not to train, we respect that.
Do you offer open gym access?
No. Every session on the floor is programmed and coach-led. We do not offer unstructured open gym time.
Are guest passes available?
Elite members receive limited guest passes. Otherwise, guests may purchase a drop-in pass, subject to strict capacity limits and prior approval.
What is the Investor Founder Membership (IFM)?
The IFM is a capped, application-only tier for 16 true believers who want to support the flagship build. It requires a minimum $25,000 capital investment and provides 12 months of Elite-equivalent access, plus locked renewal rates for life.
