Deep tissue heat exposure followed by strategic cold plunging. Engineered to reduce inflammation, flush metabolic waste, and accelerate muscular repair between high-output sessions.
Pneumatic compression
Medical-grade dynamic compression boots. A structured post-training protocol designed to increase venous return and rapidly clear lactate from the lower limbs.
Guided breathwork & parasympathetic shift
The autonomic nervous system must be actively managed. We use structured breathing protocols to shift the body from sympathetic (fight/flight) to parasympathetic (rest/digest) dominance.
The Atelier Flow
1. Pre-Session Check-in
Review your training load for the week and select the appropriate down-regulation protocol.
2. The Protocol (45 Minutes)
Execute your selected sequence (e.g., 20m Sauna → 5m Cold → 20m Compression + Breathwork).
3. Integration
Hydration and protein synthesis support before returning to the outside world.
