03. Periodised Programming

Every 12-week macrocycle is engineered with micro, meso, and macro phases. Training follows a measurable arc — not a random playlist of workouts. Progress compounds because the structure compounds.

04. Personalised Integration

05. The Forté Battery

Quarterly testing weeks assess strength, conditioning, mobility, and body composition against your personal baselines. The Forté Battery is how you know — objectively — whether the work is working.

How it shows up weekly

Our philosophy isn't theoretical; it dictates every session on the floor. A typical week pairs heavy compound mechanics (Strength) with aerobic base building (Engine), followed by deliberate CNS down-regulation (Recovery). Everything is periodised to compound week over week.
