Standards & Rules

Booking is required. Standard late-cancel/no-show fees apply to protect capacity.
No sharing or open guest passes.
Good standing required to maintain renewal privileges.
Limited pause/freeze policy (max 1 per year up to 4 weeks).

Family Inclusion (>$100k)

Investors above $100k may request one additional membership for a family member (max 4 total across the program). Must complete onboarding and agree to standards. Renewal protected at 70% of Founder rate.
